Currixa provides class management, attendance, reporting, fee administration and parent-communication tools to tuition and enrichment centres (“Centres”). Your relationship for tuition services, fees and refunds is with your Centre, not with us; Currixa is the software the Centre uses.

Use only your own account and keep your password or PIN private. Accounts are issued by your Centre; the Centre may suspend or remove access. Notify your Centre immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Do not attempt to access another person’s or another Centre’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Classroom features (quizzes, points, virtual pets) are for engagement only — points and coins have no cash value.

Fee records, invoices and payment-proof uploads are administrative records maintained by your Centre. Payment disputes should be raised with your Centre directly.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”; scheduled maintenance and rare outages may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to users is limited to the amount the relevant Centre paid us for the service in the preceding 3 months.

We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and continued use constitutes acceptance. Centres may export their data at any time before contract termination.
